Middle School Math Mentors at Wilbraham Middle School

Middle school math students will once again tutor elementary school math students during multiple regularly scheduled sessions. The cross age mentoring program, which was very successful during the past two spring semesters, increases the confidence middle school students have in their math skills, as well as allowing them to recognize and appreciate their own achievements in math.  The elementary students are not only given extra 1-on-1 attention in mathematics, but also have exposure to role models who help them improve their math skills.
