2004-2005 Bohlke Grant Bridges at Thornton W. Burgess

In a collaborative project with Hampden Council on Aging, teachers will select topics from Bridges, a curriculum with prepared modules that include lesson plans and assignments for children.  A consultant will provide training for the program which will include students and local seniors.
